Another Successful Tradeshow

This week some of our CES marketing team was in Long Beach, CA for the HSMAI Affordable Meetings tradeshow, and as usual they had a great success. While meeting folks from all over the country, they were able to showcase UC Davis in great style, wearing our new department apparel. A two day event jam packed with teach-ins, showcasing, and beautiful Southern California sunshine, it was another great opportunity to let event planners from all over the country that UC Davis is not only an educational institution, but a great place to have your conference or event whether it be academic, professional, or personal. Great job ladies!

HSMAI Affordable Meetings: Long Beach

In the next couple weeks three members from our marketing staff: Katrina Evans, Ana Kitchen, and Lina Layiktez, will be headed down to Long Beach to participate in HSMAI's (Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International) Affordable Meetings tradeshow. In Long Beach, they will be able to participate in over 7 hours of educational sessions in which they'll be able to take part in over 20 relevant topics, access to marketing tools we'll be able to use in our department for the next year, and not to mention showcase UC Davis as one of California's premier event locations.
