Aggie Stadium, UC Davis's newest athletic facility, seats 11,000 spectators and is one of the premier stadiums in the Sacramento Valley. The Schaal Aquatic Center, with up to a 24 swimming lane capacity, once again providing the Sacramento Valley with another great athletic facility. When planning an event at UC Davis you are only going to have to make one stop to make sure your event is a success. We are an Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors-International certified one stop shop, and pride ourselves in delivering you convenient services at a university that has a variety of event planning options.

"The ACCED-I CCEP is designed to elevate professional standards, evaluate individual performance and to recognize those who have reached a very high level of achievement in conference and events management."

The ACCED-I has granted us their prestigious certification and we take it upon ourselves to maintain that high level of expectancy. As an event planner you will always have a lot on your plate, and as your event coordination team we need to alleviate some of that stress. With our one stop shop service, you won't have to worry about communicating with multiple departments on campus, or trying to find the right person to talk with about a certain situation--all you have to do is talk with us and we'll take care of it. You need audio/visual services? We'll take care of that. You need a list of approved caterers? We'll give you that list. Alcohol permits? We have those too.
