In order to achieve a goal, you must visualize it. To make yourself or your organization greener, you're going to have to set adequate and realistic goals that are achievable. You don't want to aim to high because you might discourage yourself or your coworkers. You don't want to aim to low because you might not achieve your maximum potential. It is important that you communicate the goals throughout your organization and discuss them with all departments; hold a meeting just about your future green practices.
